[ An extra addition to your juice ]
So a new recipe, a juice, a healthy one. It all started 2 years ago, meeting my amazing friend Lauren, she introduced me to juices with a twist. Getting me super excited only talking about her signature juice: apple, ginger & jalapeños pepper.
I felt so inspired to start creating juices as well & especially with the most addicting flavour to me: spicy!
Mango Juice with a Twist
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oranges
- 1 mango
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 part of fresh ginger
- 1 fresh turmeric root
Start by peeling the turmeric, but be aware for the yellow stains, set aside in a small bowl. Now you can squeeze out the oranges to make orange juice. After that finely chop the chili pepper & the ginger. Add the ginger, chili and turmeric in the blender/kitchen machine/juicer & ad the orange juice. Start by blending this all together until everything is smooth. Then last step, just add the mango, blend again & done! Super easy & now enjoy some delightful fruity spicy juice.
P.S. if it’s to spicy add some orange juice, if you find it lacking ginger flavour add some extra ginger.
